Portuguese King Cake

Typical Portuguese King Cake that is traditionally eating between Christmas and the Three Kings Day.
Its name alludes to the three mages kings.
With a round shape, a large hole in the center, it’s made from a fluffy white mass mixed with raisins, nuts and crystallized fruits.
