Bread Roll

The famous bread roll was conceived and projected in the 50s by a portuguese known as "Papa Bread", named Vitor Moreira.

It is a bread of thin and crunchy crust with a light and fluffy bread crumb.
This is widely consumed in the south of Portugal and recognized in the center area of Portugal as "papo seco".
